By using BetterSend you agree to these terms.

The service

BetterSend schedules and sends physical greeting cards, optionally with gift rewards, on your behalf. You are charged per card, when it ships. Autopilot sends can be skipped or paused any time before the mailing date shown in the app.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate recipient information and only add recipients you have a genuine personal or business relationship with.
• Do not use the service to send unlawful, harassing, or abusive content. We may refuse or cancel such sends.
• You are responsible for gift amounts you configure; gift rewards are fulfilled by a third-party provider and are subject to their redemption terms.

Billing & refunds

Charges occur when a card ships (card price + gift amount + fulfillment fee, shown before you enable a send). Once a card is printed and mailed it cannot be recalled; if a card fails to ship, we refund the charge. Gift amounts are refundable until the reward link is redeemed.

Disclaimers

Mail delivery times are estimates and depend on postal services. The service is provided "as is"; to the maximum extent permitted by law our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.

Termination

You may close your account at any time; scheduled unsent cards are cancelled and not charged. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
